Please read these Terms before using our Apps. They describe your rights and responsibilities, including App-specific conditions and purchase terms.
1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the following mobile applications provided by FunShare Interactive ("FunShare," "we," "us," or "our"), collectively the "Apps":
- TV Cast & Screen Mirroring (com.gzfunshare.cast)
- Auto Clicker - Auto Tap (com.gzfunshare.autoclicker)
- TV Remote - Roku & Smart TV (com.gzfunshare.rc), previously described in our Terms as TV Remote - Roku Remote
- PDF Reader - Edit PDF (com.gzfunshare.pdfscanner)
- Pure Alarm Clock (com.gzfunshare.alarm)
By using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms or, where permitted by applicable law, the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Features, availability, and purchase options vary by App, device, region, and version.
2. License and Intellectual Property
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apps on devices you own or are authorized to use. The Apps are licensed, not sold. FunShare and its licensors retain ownership of the Apps, code, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property.
You must not copy, distribute, resell, modify, translate, create derivative versions of, or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps without authorization, except where applicable law or an applicable open-source license permits it. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses. You retain your rights in your own documents, media, and other content.
3. Acceptable Use
Use the Apps lawfully and only with devices, networks, services, and content you are authorized to access. You must not use them to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, commit fraud, harass others, distribute malicious content, bypass security or payment controls, or interfere with another person's device or service.
You are responsible for the actions you initiate, the permissions you grant, and complying with the terms of any third-party service you use with an App.
4. App-Specific Terms
4.1 TV Cast & Screen Mirroring
Cast or mirror only content you have permission to display or share. A casting feature does not grant rights to third-party media or subscriptions. Compatibility depends on your phone, receiving device, network, supported formats, and content provider restrictions. Some protected content may not support casting or mirroring.
4.2 Auto Clicker - Auto Tap
You control the scripts, tap positions, swipes, timing, and repetitions you configure and start. Review and test scripts before use: screen changes can cause unintended actions, including purchases, messages, or deletion of information. Stop automation when it is no longer needed. Do not use automation for fraudulent ad interactions, spam, unauthorized access, or activities prohibited by the target app or service. FunShare does not grant permission to automate third-party services.
4.3 TV Remote - Roku & Smart TV
Connect to and control only TVs and other devices you own or have permission to operate. Network access, pairing, device settings, and supported hardware may be required; infrared features require a compatible transmitter. Compatibility and available controls may change with device firmware or third-party services. Names such as Roku, Samsung, LG, and Fire TV identify compatibility; they do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those companies.
4.4 PDF Reader - Edit PDF
You are responsible for having permission to open, edit, annotate, sign, and share documents. Check saved or exported files for accuracy and keep backup copies of important originals. Adding a signature does not, by itself, verify a signer's identity or guarantee that a document meets legal requirements. You are responsible for selecting the correct files and recipients when sharing documents.
4.5 Pure Alarm Clock
Check your alarm time, time zone, sound, volume, and required Android permissions, and test alarms on your device. Battery restrictions, a powered-off device, system settings, or other interruptions can affect delivery. Use a backup for critical reminders; the App is not an emergency or medical monitoring service. Where prayer-time features are available, results depend on location, date, and calculation settings; confirm them against the schedule appropriate to your community.
5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds
An App may offer free features, advertising-supported features, paid upgrades, or subscriptions. The applicable price, billing period, features, and any trial or introductory offer are shown before you confirm a purchase. Purchase terms shown at checkout apply to that offer; these Terms do not introduce a charge without your purchase authorization.
For purchases through Google Play, payment is processed through your Google Play account under Google's applicable terms. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew for the displayed billing period unless canceled before renewal. If a trial converts to a paid subscription, the timing and price are disclosed in the offer; cancel before the trial ends to avoid that charge.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Uninstalling an App does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops future renewals, with access continuing until the end of the current paid period, subject to the offer, Google Play rules, and applicable law.
Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law and Google Play's refund policies. Cancellation does not itself guarantee a refund. Review Google Play subscription management and Google Play refund information, or contact us for purchase support. Any subscription price changes will follow applicable notice and consent requirements.
6. Privacy, Advertising, and Third-Party Services
Our Privacy Policy explains the Apps' information handling, permissions, analytics, diagnostics, and advertising practices. App-specific practices differ; consult that policy for details.
The Apps may rely on Google Play services, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, and, in advertising-supported Apps, advertising and consent services. Third-party devices, services, websites, and advertised offers are operated by their respective providers and may have separate terms. FunShare does not control their availability or content.
7. Device, Network, and Security
You are responsible for maintaining your device, sufficient battery power and storage, and the permissions and connectivity required for the features you use. Some features require internet access or a compatible local network. Your mobile provider's data and roaming charges may apply; obtain the bill payer's permission where necessary.
Keep your device and App access secure. Rooting or otherwise modifying your device can weaken security and affect compatibility. Keep important documents and settings backed up before making changes to your device or removing App data.
8. Updates and Availability
We may update the Apps to improve features, security, or compatibility. Device and operating-system requirements may change, and an update may be required for certain features to continue working. We cannot promise compatibility with every device, operating-system version, or third-party service.
We may modify or discontinue features or an App. Where a change affects a paid entitlement, we will provide any notice, remedy, or refund required by applicable law and platform rules. These Terms do not override an existing paid commitment or your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Warranties and Liability
We aim to provide useful and reliable Apps, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, universal compatibility, or the accuracy of every result. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without additional warranties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FunShare is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Apps, including loss of profits or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies.
10. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using an App at any time and uninstall it. Manage any subscription separately through Google Play. We may suspend or terminate your right to use an App for a material breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or a necessary security measure, with notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue where appropriate and required by law.
On termination, the applicable license ends and you must stop using the App. Termination does not remove accrued rights, legally required refunds, or obligations that by their nature continue. Before uninstalling, export or back up any content you want to keep.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms update and expand the earlier Terms for TV Remote - Roku Remote to cover the Apps listed above. We may revise them to reflect changes in features, services, or legal requirements. We will publish the revised Terms here with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required by law. Changes apply from the stated effective date, subject to those requirements. If you do not accept revised Terms, you may stop using the affected App and manage any subscription through Google Play.
